To get your PIN to use in ATMs: For renewal or replacement cards with the existing card number: you may continue to use your current PIN For new or replacement cards with a new card number: there are 2 ways to get your PIN Option 1: Set your own PIN on the HSBC Vietnam app. If you have the HSBC Vietnam App and have activated your card, log in to the app, then: Step 1: Select the relevant bank account and navigate to 'Manage cards’. Step 3: Enter a new PIN and complete the authentication. Step 4: You have successfully reset your PIN! A notification will be sent via email and SMS.
